Savor: From Farm to Table and Back Again

The first event in Savor: Lectures on Food and Wine, presented by the Robert Mondavi Institute and UC Davis Library, will address the topic of food waste and sustainability with talks by Congresswoman Chellie Pingree (D-ME), a national leader on food policy, and Edward Spang (PhD), an assistant professor in the Department of Food Science and Technology.
